OVERVIEW

Paterson STEAM High School opened its doors in Fall 2022 and provides innovative pathways for Paterson students. STEAM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math, and refers to pathways that create interdisciplinary, project-based learning opportunities for students. The integration of the arts into traditional STEM subjects increases student engagement and provides students with additional ways to express their learning. STEAM students will complete their core course graduation requirements in classes that emphasize project-based learning and have an interdisciplinary (STEAM ) focus.
